Report a Bug
To allow you to directly interact with our developers, we implemented a bug tracker system where you can report bugs you found and later check how our dev teams responded to your report.
Before you submit a bug report, please review the following items:

Please make sure you are using the latest product version. If not, we ask you to download the latest version and try it. Often, the bug you discovered was already fixed in a later version.

Please review our bug database to make sure the bug you found wasn't already reported

If you found a new bug, we greatly appreciate you taking the time to let us know. For us to fix the issue, it is very important to get a reproducable and accurate description of what is going wrong. Sometimes, bugs occur only in certain circumstances. So we kindly ask you to include as much information as possible and be specific about the steps we need to take to actually see the bug.
You are now ready to enter our bug tracker. Please note that there is a drop-down box to the upper right which selects the product. Make sure you select the product you want to report a bug for.
